Meet the Broker

William Ibarra is the Managing Broker/Owner of W Realty Services, LLC, initially a REMAX agent of Montgomery County, he has successfully sold over 500+ residential properties in Maryland, Washington, DC & Northern Virginia. He attributes his real estate success because of being a former high school teacher of Maryland Public Schools. The countless hours of lesson & behavioral planning, along with parent teacher conferences, & managing over 160 students on a yearly basis, Ibarra feels the educational field was the best profession to prepare him for a career in real estate.

Once he earned his Maryland real estate license in 2005, he closed 3 real estate transactions in his first month of business but it was his previous broker/mentor Mr. Carl Stein of Germantown, Maryland that molded what Mr. Ibarra is today. In the early years, Mr. Stein would teach but most importantly, he would challenge each agent to work harder than all the other Realtors in the area. The weekly training & constant guidance from his broker & colleagues were the key to Ibarra's growth & success in the business. Because of his tremendous success in the real estate industry, Mr. Ibarra decided to go independent. From there, he opened up his own real estate brokerage, with the sole objective of building a dynamic sales team in the area.

Mr. Ibarra has represented hundreds of buyers in the area (this includes first and second time home buyers). He would bring them up to date with the current real estate trends & guide them from the initial pre-qualification process all the way to the final walk thru inspection. Of course, the day of settlement is the day of celebration with his clients. Ninety five percent of his real estate business come from referrals, which shows the high efficiency & commitment that Mr. Ibarra would give to all his clients.

It's the same discipline and passion in working with Sellers. The first steps in working with Sellers are developing a Net Sheet and developing a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) evaluation report to discuss the pros and cons of listing their home. Ibarra's philosophy is to work together because the main objective is to maximize his client's interest.

On personal level, Ibarra has been married for close to 15 years, raising 3 wonderful children. Having a solid family background is very important to Ibarra because having a disarrayed household can only be detrimental to his real estate business. Ibarra does attend church every weekend with his family.

His favorite past time is coaching the game of soccer at the youth level. Mr. Ibarra has an impressive coaching background which includes two Coach of the Year awards (at club & state level), 3 years of coaching at the junior college level, 5 years of coaching at the high school level, & over 10 years of coaching at the youth level. In 1996, he had a brief stint with the Maryland Mania professional soccer team, focusing on player development & with team operations.

Mr. Ibarra holds a National A-License & a National Youth License with the US Soccer Federation. Also, he is TOP Soccer certified, which means he's certified to teach kids with disabilities. Currently he's a State Instructor of Coaching Education with Maryland State Youth Soccer Association (MSYSA). He teaches the E & D coaching courses throughout the state. He's also coached with Maryland Olympic Development Program (better known as ODP). Other hobbies include ZUMBA & boxing fitness, reading, sailing. playing his guitar, & traveling. Lastly, he contributes soccer articles to a national publication called NSCAA Soccer Journal. His articles focus on coaching education, player development & parent education.
